We offer monthly maintenance plans covering CMS and plugin updates, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, scheduled backups, and content update hours. Maintenance is a subscription service billed monthly.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell client data to third parties.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what is expressly stated in our project agreements.

Discount Expiry

Quotes incorporating promotional pricing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Website Design Projects

• Before work begins: full refund of the upfront project payment.
• After design phase begins: partial refund based on work not yet completed.
• After design approval: no refund available.
• After project launch: no refund available.

Monthly Maintenance Plans

• Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• You may cancel future billing at any time; your plan continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Dispute Process

Contact hello@honoryourrootswebsites.com with a description of your concern. We aim to resolve issues within 5 business days.

Project Cancellations

Either party may cancel an active website project with written notice via email.

Maintenance Plan Cancellations

• Cancel your monthly maintenance plan by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• Access continues through the end of the last paid billing period.
• No penalties or fees are charged for cancellation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fresno County, California.

Intellectual Property

Honor Your Roots Websites retains ownership of all website designs, code, and related intellectual property that it creates, hosts, and manages during the active term of the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
